Best experience so far!
We stayed at 77 Park for almost a year. It was really excellent to live in this apartment. The best experience we have ever ... had in the United States so far. The property manager (Jorge) and Leasing & Marketing manager (Ben) are excellent guys. They responded immediately to any of our requirements. We had to move out of Massachusetts for job purpose. Park 77 is a great place to live!!
I am grateful to be living at Park 77. The building is clean, quiet, and accessible. Staff quickly respond to maintenance ... requests, and are so pleasant. The on-site exercise room has just enough room and type of equipment: A bonus is its two floor-to-ceiling walls of windows! My 4th floor studio overlooks Cambridge's largest park: Dog-walkers, soccer players, and families with baby carriages add warmth to my day. Fresh Pond is perfect for a mid-day stroll. It's the best.
