We lived in Park77 for a year, and it was perfect. The building is impeccably kept clean by the staff, led by the wonderful ... Dora. The leasing office is efficient, very responsive, and kind. The property manager Jorge treats you like a hotel guest. I've seen other buildings, and this one is certainly maintained with care and dare I say even love for the property (you can tell the difference!). If you don't like the winter cold, you won't feel it with how well the windows and walls insulate. And best of all, our neighbors were warm, polite, welcoming, while also unobtrusive. We would have stayed longer if we didn't need to move to another town. I can't recommend this place enough! Thank you to Jorge, Eli and the entire team for making us feel welcome! Moved to 77 New Street for 7 months during renovation of my house nearby. The leasing and move in processes were both easy. ... Compared to other professionally managed buildings, the short term lease fee was far more reasonable. The building is extremely dog friendly. Apartments are very well noise insulated, all the systems worked great and the staff was incredibly quick for any maintenance requests. The residents of the building are courteous and friendly. We stayed at 77 Park for almost a year. It was really excellent to live in this apartment. The best experience we have ever ... had in the United States so far. The property manager (Jorge) and Leasing & Marketing manager (Ben) are excellent guys. They responded immediately to any of our requirements. We had to move out of Massachusetts for job purpose.
